I had been having some issues with getting good grip with my Echelon polymer grip when I started sweating or shooting in warm weather. I bought one of the JCM1 Tactical Vindex II grips and my hands were locked in solid. The grip is aggressive but does not tear up your skin. It just locks everything in so you have a rock solid grip. One of the things I like about it the most is that my Echelon definitely is a softer shooting gun with this grip. I think since it is a solid machines grip it helps to reduce the recoil. I would definitely recommend getting one especially if you are going to shoot matches with yours, you live where it gets warm or if you just want to a grip that looks awesome and gives you a softer shooting gun.
