Returns Policy
Cerakoted items are made to order, and are not returnable.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus 10% restock fees and shipping. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All returns must be new and unused condition and able for resale. Any signs of wear or damage from use and we cannot accept the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to anyone inside the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to certain states. When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Flat rate shipping will be $6.00 on all items under $99.00.

Flat Rate Shipping Policy
Orders qualifying for Flat Rate Shipping will be shipped using the carrier and service selected at the seller’s sole discretion. Shipping may be provided by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier based on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the order.
Flat Rate Shipping does not guarantee a specific shipping carrier, shipping method, or delivery timeframe. The seller reserves the right to determine the most appropriate shipping method for each order.
